Bush**: You know, the beach where all the girls wear thongs!

Cheney: (smacks hand against forehead) That's Rio, Georgie. In Brazil. We're in Riga. Riga, Latvia.

Bush**: Oh! No wonder there aren't any blacks around!

Cheney: (starts sobbing quietly)
