I really like dessert. Apple pie, pumpkin pie, peach crisp, chocolate cake, spice cake, pumpkin cake, cheesecake, bread pudding....mmmmm....

If it's dessert, chances are I love it (although I am virulently opposed to raspberry and anything mixing chocolate and fruit).

4. Angel Food Cake with strawberry jello

Slice the cake in half and dig a trough in the middle of the bottom part, make the jello with frozen strawberries (because of the citric acid content in fresh ones) and less water then normal. Chill and put in trough in the cake, cover with fresh whipped cream and fresh strawberries.

5. I love just slicing up strawberries and add a little sugar, put in fridge,

and let it make its own juice. Pour over angel food cake. Yummy. I love the way the juice makes the cake a little soggy (not really soggy, moist is a better word)
