What's a good score on the ACT?

I got my score back and I don't know if I did good or what. What's considered a good score?

1. 30-something is perfect

I scored a 30, and that was after doing shots of vodka in the parking lot!

21 is about average. my oldest son got a 17 and my youngest got a 31. and i said WTF? :shrug:

especially the 33 in english and 34 in reading! But the real test is what is the median score range of your dream school. You want to at least be there, and being above it is even better.

I don't really know the averages though. Did they give you a percentile score as well?
