Thoughts on home audio?
I know we have some audiophiles on the board, and we had a thread about it last week, but I was wondering what everyone's preferences for their home stereos was.

I'm looking into purchasing my first real stereo next year, but I don't want it to suck. What are some reccomendations and tips from you all?

1. good components can be found on ebay at a bargain-
i got a pair of ohm walsh 4xo's for less than $500-(they retailed at over $2500), and an $1100 Yamaha reciever in pristine condition for $81.00.
