Every Home Should Have One of These!
Called "A Lazy River"... never saw one before, but was adjacent to the hotel pool...

8. That's just the raft color being reflected
The lights in the water are diffusing the yellow color of the raft. It looks like 'blue' pool water otherwise. :-)

10. Sure. Like I'm gonna trust the opinion of someone who dislikes Family Guy.
:P

I was gonna say "right on! Lazy River! That would be cool!" then I saw who posted. Pfagh. Lazy Rivers - who needs 'em?

:hi: Zomby!! Just gotta say, Family Guy last night was rippin' hilarious! Both of the Simpsons were pretty good, too - but I'm with you, I think their prime is past. They've gotten into a rather surreal and dadaistic kind of humor that they didn't have before, and it doesn't quite work for them. Works perfect for Family Guy and Monty Python, but not so much the Simpsons. Still, they're pretty funny.

But I'd give them up for a Lazy River in my home. That would be cool! Invite the friends over, have a little bbq, spend the night flowing down the lazy river, softly lit, some jazz playing ever so quietly, drinking martinis and watching the stars...

11. HAHAHA!
I want a Lazy River with Thomas Kinkade paintings sticking up from the side walls, and Kenny G blaring from the speakers. After our "American Idol" marathon, we'll chop up a bunch of Pink Floyd albums and go to a fine Mexican restaurant and puke! :puke:

MAYBE I'll give "The Family Guy" a second look. Last time I watched it with any regularity (based on the urgings of friends) was its first run on Fox. As for "The Simpsons", I am pissed off at Matt Groening for allowing his finest creation to become as lame as "King Of The Hill".

It's weird how delicate animated program chemistry is. "Ren & Stimpy" (the original one back in the early 90's) was only great its first season, when its creator worked on it. It stunk up the joint after he left before season two. Still, the worst 'Simpsons' is better than 99% of the dreck out there. I suppose the latest incarnation of 'Family Guy' deserves the benefit of the doubt. :-)
