Poll question: Who Here Supports the Dismantling of ATA?
I do not support it. ATA was a place that you could go and alert, ask,or question the administrators about a thread. It guaranteed comfort in knowing that you concern would at least be evaluated by someone.

Now its like you have to go through this email process which no one will take the time to do be it will not get you instant satisfaction in knowing your voice may actually be heard (or read)

I believe the dismantling of ATA will make this site function less properly, less orderly and with less guidance.

However I do agree that there was serious problems with it with the overbearing amount of questions, but there has to be some other way to fix it.

I kinda look at it like the privatization of Social Security. We know there is a problem with it, but the solution is not to get rid of it, its to reform it, lay down guidelines, set up solutions, something.

Just Thinking out loud.....

2. i'm still not sure
on the one hand, this makes it harder for people to contact admins, or have their questions answered because of others' posts in ATA.

but i also see the fact that people often use ATA to call others out, or to basically make attacks and general bitching without opening themselves to general response.

So, i'm kind of in between. Perhaps a more dynamic FAQ could be the solution

3. I dislike it for entertainment reasons, but I see their logic
and it was probably a good thing to do.
