Have you heard of this "happy slapping" thing in the UK?

I hope it does not catch on here in the US. In states with concealed carry, crap like this could lead to a real tragedy.

concealed carry over here.

But in general it's not been a big problem, will probably grow now it's been reported on though.

On edit: that makes me sound like a wingnut.

But from my experience of being a kid, if I read about something like that I might well try it.
