How do you get out of a home equity loan that is a problem?
Besides selling your home or paying it off?

Can you switch to another home equity loan like refinancing your mortgage with better rates and better terms, less points, etc.?

Just wondering. Almost lost the house because of trouble getting money together before late date.

4. You can refinance a home equitly loan fairly easily.
Shop around for the best rates and the least predatory lender though.
