I think the FL Supreme Court ruled it cruel and unusual punishment.

A FL Supreme Court judge appended post-electrocution pictures to his opinion in a case regarding the constitutionality of the electric chair. They are not for the weak-of-stomach. :puke:

10. We use lethal injection
unless they object and then we hang 'em instead. We've had some people say it's cruel when we use to make them pick so now we just inject them unless they want hanging instead. Never let it be said Wa doesn't try to be accommodating.:eyes:

we're trying to get it changed. I don't think we'd have a death penalty at all, but eastern Wa is pretty red and they like the death penalty over there. That's where we execute them too, in Walla Walla.
