4. Umm, it would help if we knew which octave those notes were in
For example, is the G in the first line above or below the A? Could you renumber them with the lowest octave numbered 1 and the higher octave numbered 2?

5. It certainly would help if you knew the octaves.
But therein lies the challenge. ;) Think guitar simplicity. B-)

I tried a few options on the piano, but the tune doesn't seem familiar.

6. How 'bout a tempo hint?
Sabbathy slow? Motorhead fast? Mid-tempo?

8. Ah, I still got nothin'.
Though I'm really liking it the way I'm playing it - if it turns out that the correct answer sounds nothing like what I'm doing, I'm bringing this sucker to practice tomorrow.

You can play the whole thing without going above the fourth fret. B-)

10. Hell, I *haven't* gone above the fourth!
I have to go to sleep, I'll check in again in the AM. Maybe it'll come to me in the night. I'm loving these threads, by the way.

not really sure? Is it a mangled version of Tequila?

I checked in because I saw this thread had been kicked and hoped someone had answered correctly. This is driving me batshit. How 'bout a genre, floogeldy?

22. So everyone's still stuck on #9 for a second night?
Maybe it's time for #10? Floog, try just doing a tune that people who don't play the guitar might recognize. :)
