Should the mods crack down on big sig pics?

Its against DU rules to have large sig pics. Having four or more sig pics falls into the same category. The rule doesn't appear to be enforced too often. Should it be?

I think the rules say in terms of file size, but display size isn't always related. I could have smiley bitmap thats a meg in file size or a 10kb pic that takes up a whole screen.

I like hummer-sized sigs... although the mpgs suck.
