1. If you really want to kill it, you need to use salt

2. Follow the Phoenix way.....
kill the grass and weeds, cover the ground with heavy plastic, than top your area with crushed stone. No more mowing and no more watering but very ecologically acceptable.

There are new development areas in and around Phoenix where grass is not permissible.

Actually if you buy the pink crushed stone, homes look very beautiful.

9. Gasoline will do the same thing.
No need to light it; just let it soak in. Kills that pesky vegetation stone dead.

I have a huge yard too. I broke down over the weekend and went in debt to buy one of these.

I just couldn't go through another season trying how to keep my 2/3 acre yard mowed anymore. I tried to hire someone but couldn't find anyone reliable. :(

4. Those have other uses ...

Freepers are less likely to screw around with you if you're staring them down with your hands on the wheel and the engine running.

I know this from experience. :-)

6. Hehe
I bet it would make them think twice, I haven't found anything it won't mow down yet.

How in the hell have you been Roy? I haven't been around here much lately.

7. Doing well ...

Knew I hadn't seen your name in awhile, so I thought I'd say howdy. Good to see you.

When I've been here, I've been hanging out in the sub-forums a lot lately.
