but during the winter, I often wake up with a bloody lip from the dry air.
I use moisturizing lotion, chapstick, medicated lip balm, but after a night's sleep I am back at square one with painfully chapped lips.

32. the "cool mist" ones are good. it vaporizes a tank of water into

steam, indoor air is very dry in the winter, it makes it easier to breathe. i use it overnight at home sometimes. i've even brought them to work in some cases. it halps the allergies from getting bad.
they sell them in drug stores. also for your nose, try saline nasal mist. it's just salt water, but it's great.
