Monster and The Hot Chick
Whew, that was a roller coaster rise of cinematic proportions. Foirst the deeply disturbing Monster as we sat and watched in despair as a damaged child turned slowly but surely into the monster that was led to slaughter in the Florida death march.....

The tension was real, you could feel it as Lee, the Charleze Theron character, unraveled with each scene into the desperate but loyal demon that just happened to inhabit a human body.

The worst thing about this movie is that Christina Ricci, a sniveling lesbian wanna be from a Christian home here in the good old god fearing buckeye state, that's Ohio in case you didn't know, was passed over for best supporting actress.....

And then, The Hot Chick. A surprisingly funny slapstick pile of Rob Schneider with stereotypical jokes and cheap shots galore that actually had a good underlying message.

The best part of this movie was when I started to pick apart the plot inconsistencies, Mrs. WC Green shot back with a hit of venom, It's a fucking Rob Schneider movie, you were expecting Felini...

Well, that was my Saturday night....

I hope everyone else had as good a time as I did....

did I mention the double cheers, pepperoni, onion and mushroom pizza? and then my sister brought out a bag off smarties.....

Who said getting old was a bad thing.......
