My daughter and her friends just left for a weekend trip to Memphis
In my new Elantra. Only has 1500 miles on it.

They're only other choice was my daughter's 95 Honda.

Am I a great Mom or what? :)

I told them I only had one rule....No Elvis impersonators allowed in the vehicle!

1. How old are they?
I'm jealous! They'll have a wonderful time.

3. Early twenties
My daughter finishes college in a few weeks. She felt the need for a madcap road trip. Her and her friends got the wild idea to go see Graceland.

Oh to be young again....

4. I miss those times, too.
Didn't you want to tag along? I would have made it a condition of them using my car. :D

2. Great Mom
or a crzy one!:P No way would my daughter and her friends be able to drive to Memphis in my brand new car. I would rather give them the train or plane money!

5. I probably am crazy...
But I told myself that any damage they might do would be worth my peace of mind for the weekend.

The car has free roadside assistance in case they have any trouble. So that makes me feel better.

But 3 girls in Memphis for the weekend....I just hope I don't have to post any bail. :)

7. No need for impersonators!

Accept no substitutes, baby.

Elvis is everywhere.
