6. Generally, not well, but
when I'm being good to myself, my most effective way of dealing with stress is to do something physical. Go for a walk, some yoga, bike ride, whatever, just get outside in the sun and breathe. Diary journaling helps too, but I haven't been so good with that. That's probably one of the reasons why I've been so stressed lately. :)

14. I try to exercise
or play some games on the computer, listening to music, but sometimes I fall into the self-medicating mode, drinking, prescription drugs, that sort of thing, but really, exercise is the best thing for me.

I head to the outdoors... usually on my bike, but sometimes on foot. I keep a pack in the back of my Jeep for just such days -- changes of clothing, camera, binoculars, water, energy bars, etc.

Go home at noon for a 2 hour "lunch" w/my wife while the kids are napping. Stress is gone, but damn it's hard to go back to work.

35. That's what everyone does in Italy
Adults and kids come home for 2 hours, eat a big meal, then go back to work or school. It sounds saner than our lifestyle.
