FSC had multiple cauldrons with moonshine stuff . . . one of them had some nuclear blue chunky glorp that was rocking my world after the fourth or fifth cup. I have no idea what Richard got into but I want some.

I tried some, and can't say I was that impressed. First effort and all that. I was trying various types of punch recipes I found on the internet.

The chunky blue glorp was, let's see...Bailey's, Blue Curacao, and a buttload of hard cider topping it off. The proper name is "Nuclear Waste."

The cranberry-oriented stuff was my favorite. Ya'll are invited this year! Al doesn't think we're doing it again, but we ARE!

I'm going to concentrate less on the inner walls this year and more on lighting for my outdoor doo-dads. Nobody could see em last year!

32. I'm seriously pouting...

I was all set to try to go earlier this month. Had found reasonably priced airfare. And then my car started making a funny noise...and there went a large chunk of change.

Like an idiot I just kept it all bottled up. Didn't really talk to anyone about why I wasn't going or why I was so fuckin' grumpy. Then my momma asked about it on Tuesday. I told her. She offered me her frequent flyer miles. But when she called the airline to check on flights...the only flight out where she could use the miles left on Wednesday afternoon. Couldn't take that much leave on such short notice. *sigh*

So, I'm stuck in Austin. I'm pouting. I'm irritated at myself for not talking to mom about it sooner. And I'm annoyed with the universe because I don't get to go see my friends and spend time stalking Will up close and in person. *pout* ;)
