I have found a miracle chocolate junk food!
No Pudge! fudge brownies, made with yogurt instead of milk and eggs. Chocolaty, chewy, yuuuuuuuuummy! I'm serious, this is the best junk food evah! Each brownie is only two Weight Watcher points. This is amazing, that something so decadent-tasting can be so low in points. It actually affirms my faith in humanity that someone could devise this tasty and fat free.

I want to encourage buying this easy to bake, "Mom and Pop" brand of brownie mix. Support a small business. And eat something delicious!

I have no vested interest in promoting this product, except that it's yummy and I wanted to share with all my DU friends. Especially those of us struggling with weight issues. :)

2. My wife absolutely loves these things!!
We use the "single serving" recipe all the time!! It is great when you want a little dessert after dinner.

11. I wondered about the single serving suggestion.
I'm wary of mixing baked goods and the microwave, as in microwaved bread/bagels/cakes can take on a weird, spongy/tough consistency. But now that I've heard from a real person, I'll try it. God knows I've been eating 3 brownies a day for a couple days now. The single serving idea might be able to reign me in!

5. What goes in them?
Is it just the mix and yogurt? Also, what is in the mix?

Thanks.

8. Just the mix and vanilla yogurt.
Although you can use plain yogurt with a bit of vanilla extract. I used raspberry yogurt with a shot of vanilla extract, that was nice.

The fudge brownie mix ingredients are: pure cane sugar, unbleached wheat flour, Dutch cocoas, egg whites, cornstarch, wheat gluten, vanilla flavor, salt, baking soda. I bought it at Wild Oats, so it probably wouldn't have had anything that bad for you (even though, what the heck is wheat gluten?).

13. How ironic--I had to move from Mass to Colorado to discover them.
But I'd also like to discover how to be a Harvard Hussy.
