1. Since they don't start in until Monday, I knew it was some fun
Timing, the comedian's best friend!

But the pic of Guido is amusing, nonetheless!

2. Well
I might not have been in a funny mood on Monday. So what the hell...take it as you can get it..right?
And yeah, Guido was great. I still remember that time he was on trying to get money pledges and if you sent $100 you got a shrimp on a keychain..lol.

3. Great
He would be my selection. And we could make him a Saint if he just knows a few card tricks.

:)

Don't you just miss the "Find the Pope in the Pizza" contest?

5. I miss a lot of that stuff
I don't know if it's because I'm older, or if no one is funny, but there sure seemed to be a lot of funny stuff years ago.

13. I liked his description of heaven
You go up to heaven, and you're given a million dollars, and then they start going back through all your sins, and you have to pay for them out of your million dollars. Lying was like $100.00. Hypocrisy $200.00. Stealing $500.00, but masturbation was only $10.00.

17. He also had a little side career as
Laslo Toth, patriotic American.

He would send out weird letters to various companies and famous people and wait for replies. Normally, he would just get form letters back with autographed pictures of people he wrote to - Sammy Davis, JR, the Shah of Iran, etc. Every now and then he would get a reply back like when after American troops took back one of our embassies in one of our various to-dos in the Middle East, a newspaper story quoted a troop saying something like, "It was obvious that the enemy had been there as the Coke machine was pretty banged up."

"Laslo" sent that to Coca-Cola and suggested that they get a new machine out there right away. Coke mailed him back saying that they had done just that.

Perfect example of how the lights are on, but no one's home.

18. Masturbation is only a quarter.
He says he has a recurring dream that he gets to heaven and he's 25 cents short.
