Some drunk guy once left a very threatening (from what I could decipher) message on my machine one morning. 45 minutes later he called back from the Taco Bell Drive Thru to tell me he was gonna do something about something and yes he wanted the motherf*ckin' chalupa.

8. I'm enjoying not having a land line

I just use my cell phone. I did get a marketing call from the NRA yesterday, however, and promptly hung up on them. We do have a land line in Texas, so I'll have to deal with wrong numbers again.

...about a month ago, and the person asked to speak to "Mrs Wrinkles." I kid you not. It took every thing I had to maintain my composure long enough to say, "no wrinkles here."

Every Friday and Saturday night/morning we start getting collect calls from the Volusia County jail, drunk tank. After bar time, of course.....

I sometimes tell them: "Yes we know all about it, sit tight, my associate Jorge will be there to get you out very soon....."
