Troll obsession with celebrity penises...what gives?

What is it with the troll obsession over celebrity penises? Every time a troll slips in here, the first thing to come up is Clinton's penis. Penis, penis, penis. It can't be a sexual obsession, given their unabashed hatred of homosexuals. So what is it?

Is that how Arnold got elected? They heard about the sexual accusations and thought, "Hey, there might be some celebrity penis involved here, let's get him in"?

And what is it about ass-licking? Is that the zenith of troll foreplay or something? It's always penis, penis, penis, and then it ends with a dissertation on ass-licking.

Any psychologists out there who can shed some light? I think this would make a good case study.
