and does not have such laws there, you may be able to safely use an application like Limewire, Bearshare, Gnotella, GTK-Gnutella, or any of a number of other applications to obtain them.
Note: These applications can be used to obtain any file; you can as easily transfer images, web pages, binaries (media), or any other file type (this would be the argument that has lately won court judgments in favor of Grokster). If two people have such an application installed, more often than not there's an option to connect to a specified IP address. In that sense, it serves a similar function to FTP.
Using one of the programs listed above enables you to enter a single search term for the file type you're looking for. Simply typing in "Daily Show" while directing the program to search for videos might return episodes, whereas performing the same search while looking for text might yield reviews of Stewart's show. It's all relative to the file type you're looking for.
