Seriously though, you need a utility for making animated gifs. Basically the gif is made up of a dozen or so images that load in sequence, you just move the picture a tad in each one, then compile them using a gif animator program. There used to be quite a few freeware ones around, but I haven't played with stuff like that in a while.
