14. Water.

Water, water, water. More water. Absorbed faster, no sugar that can lead to insulin and blood sugar swings that can cause or exacerbate headaches. If you have to have something else, have unsweetened iced tea or coffee, the caffeine can help the headache, as well. DON'T mix Tylenol with alchohol, bad on your liver!!
