7. Fry an onion with the pork chops....
I usually use a whole onion sliced and separated into rings. Fry it with the pork chops till the onions are starting to get crispy (somewhere between caramalized and burnt). Oh man!

What else? Also, applesauce, green beans cooked down with ham. Salda or coleslaw. Iced tea. Unsweetened for me. Apple pie with a wad of vanilla ice cream and black coffee for dessert.
