I almost answered him, but I clicked on his profile and saw he was gay. I won't force a gay person to defend gay-hating practitioners as the Catholic Church is and as the Pope was. I can't understand why some people want to rise up in all sorts of defence of people who HATE THEIR GUTS. The pope called homosexuality an abomination. Not cool.

I like your graphic, and if someone thinks you are 'exploiting' the pope-well just because they say it, doesn't make it so...

I know he has his cynical motives for being there. And I don't like him being there... I especially don't like that Condi gets to go instead of President Carter.

But he is the head of state, and NOT going would be seen as an insult to the Church, and every Catholic in this country. He has to go.
