Maybe a weirkeeper? Or an oyster raker, wheelwright, ostler, pursuivant, or costermonger smiley? Since we're considering smileys for specific professions.

Then - and only then - will DU TOTALLY rock!!

5. I'm ignorant and lazy. What's a costermonger? Sounds like a
good name for a Wal Mart competitor.

6. nothin' a quick internet search can't solve
Chiefly British: One who sells fruit, vegetables, fish, or other goods from a cart, barrow, or stand in the streets. From coster + monger

and coster:

Middle English, from Old North French, possibly from coste, rib (from its ribbed appearance), from Latin costa.

which is from kost-:

Bone. Probably related to ost-. coast, costa, costard, costrel, cuesta, cutlet; accost, intercostal, sternocostal, from Latin costa, rib, side. (Pokorny kost- 616.)
