I quit smoking/cell phone pet peeve
It's been great, I haven't had a cigarette in almost 6 weeks, I am on the patch. One of the nice things about being a non-smoker is as a bus rider I don't have people hassling me for cigarettes all the time. But there is one thing that really bugs me. Since I quit I need something to do with my hands so my cell phone comes into play. I text message my friends, play games, update my phone number list. etc. You would not believe how many people on the bus will ask to use my phone and it drives me CRAZY! I think it's so rude! OK, if you are bleeding and need an ambulance, I'll let you use my phone. I am not going to let someone use my phone so they can relieve their own boredom. I swear, someone is always trying to get something for nothing. First it was cigarettes, now it's cell calls.
