16. What kind are you drinking?
I've only tried it off of the grocery store shelf, so far. I've had Lipton and Cain's Japanese style.

13. I gave up coffee
three months ago and I feel far less stressed. Don't begrudge anyone their coffee habit. Just doesn't work well with my metabolism and I was in denial of that for eons.

Now I drink "Good Earth's Green Tea with Lemongrass." Aside from loose tea from China, it's totally my favorite brand.

20. Both
But they both have to be well made.

I stick out in the office as I won't drink the nasty instant coffee they provide. I have coffee all morning, and tea (usually my own supply of green tea) in the afternoon - coffee after about midday keeps me awake all night.

21. Tea
Preferably iced, though. Iced tea is my favorite beverage, tied with Coca-Cola and beer (don't make me go into my favorite beers :) ).

25. What about bad tea?
Bad tea can strip the enamel off your teeth.

Try a truckers cafe in northern England and you'll know exactly what I mean.
