1. I have some fabulous rustic honey wheat bread I made yesterday..
slip a little whipped vanilla honey on it...warm it up a tad...heaven on earth

2. My favorite bread to make?
Oatmeal molasses. About six inches high, sweetened with honey, covered with oatmeal and smells heavenly while it`s baking.

3. I hear you...I far prefer whole grain breads
nothing better than a 7 grain moist bread with all kinds of seeds and nuts on the outside...makes a sandwich more satisfying, and you can east a fat slice of it for lunch with just some butter and be full.
OK, now I am off for the kitchen!

5. Thanks to all who voted
I ended up making the sourdough - turns out I had 2 boxes of mix for it, to one each for the other ones.

Next week: prolly honey wheat berry. I've not tried it yet.
