1. I love the Catholic Church very much but I could not do this
I for one am not trained in theology, two I would never be celibate, and three I don't like the spotlight.

That celibacy thingy needs to be addressed first on your list...the rest are mere details in comparison. Think about it, man!!!

The answer is simple, follow the mediaeval example and have lots of nephews and nieces rather than sons and daughters....

You get the most swanky gear (bring back the Papal Tiara say I), and guards with the coolest uniforms on the planet too.
