XP users. (I'm new to it) How do you stop your computer from shutting down

XP users. (I'm new to it) How do you stop your computer from shutting down
until you move the mouse, every like 10 minutes or so that it's idle.

I've got this SUPER annoying setting on that's like a screensaver in that it goes black every certain amount of time (like 10 minutes) that I leave it idle, but instead of just the screen it completely logs off and you have to reopen your account and everything and any downloads you might be doing have to be resumed, when you start doing activity on it again.

1. Right Click on the desktop.
Properties>screen saver>power settings

go to the command screen, at the c: prompt type shutdown.exe -a
