my 44 year old doctor died and her 18 year old son had to
make the decision to turn off the life support. She had a massive stroke and nothing more could be done. He was very brave and I'm sure it's what she would have wanted. She was a wonderful advocate for her patients and I will miss her dreadfully

1. One of My Doctors Died Last Year At Age 43
Of a massive heart attack. Must be an occulational hazard.

I know how hard it is to find a good doctor. It sounds like you did.

2. I had a 48 y.o. friend and coworker who left work, had a stroke...
...in his car, and his wife also had to make that decision. He was gone, but breathing. These kinds of decisions are a daily thing.
