...straight from the growing medium at the mushroom plant. Cheap, too. They sell them by the pound at the guard shack, my buddy delivers stuff by truck to them, picks them up for us, and we eat fresh and cheap. Just got a couple pounds of shiitake 'rooms from there. Mmmm.
