You're on your own about the underwear. Personally, I have to wear a bra -- but panties? Not usually -- It's very French, I understand. A French woman gynecologist told me that "You have to let the FRESH AIR in...the way we do in France!" In other words, cavewomen (maybe even French women) wouldn't be caught dead in pantihose!
