Crave chocolate? Here's the cure:
10oz frozen raspberries (but put in fridge for 4 hours prior to)
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp Splenda

Beat the milk for 10 minutes until it gets frothy and thick. Pour in the splenda and beat for a minute more.

Mix in the raspberries.

Eat.

No chocolate craving.

Low calories.

Low fat.

High fibre.

High taste.

And you can tell the corporate chocolate makers to sit on their favorite finger and spin on it. :7

5. Sounds good
I find that sometimes you can kill cravings by going for opposite flavors - for example, if you've got a sweet tooth, eat something like a sour dill pickle - they're incompatable so they cancel each other out.

7. chocolate is high in anti-oxidants
higher than berries, wine, or many other foods. Dark chocolate is best, because it has less sugar and milk and more chocolate.

9. Chocolate doesn't have to be that bad for you...
You can get fudgesicles made with splenda... 35 cal a piece
or
sugar free chocolate pudding made with skim milk... about 70 cal a serving (1/2 cup)
and
another good one I discovered recently is
chocolate rice cakes....80 cal
All these things are low fat too.

You mean they make those?? :puke: As if the rice cake wasn't bad enough by itself, they had to make it chocolate.
