6. Just made a weird chicken mexican type *thing* will that suffice?
Pounded out a boneless skinless chicken breast... dredged it in flour and taco seasoning, then egg, then breadcrumbs mixed with taco seasoning-sauteed it very briefly...topped it with about a tablespoon of taco sauce and some cheddar cheese/ then blasted it under the broiler until the cheese brwoned.

I served it with fresh salsa (made it myself) to my offspring and she's gobbling it up.

(I have no idea what it tastes like because I didn't try it but you are welcome to some lol)

I'm making ham and eggs for my husband, but it's not what I want to have for supper.
