Remember when football pregame shows actually talked about *gasp*FOOTBALL?!?! And the halftime show actually talked about what happened in the first half and what might happen in the second half?!?!?!

3. It pretty much ALL SUX now, as we....

...discussed in the other thread. I recall when HBO was a MOVIE channel, and went to snow when the movie was not being shown. Now? Glorified network. I do not subscribe.

And THE FOOD NETWORK? A whole channel ONLY about FOOD? Who would have GUESSED????

...I sit with the remote, trying to choose between 6 basic genres of show being offered in various permutations on them all!

1.) Comedy
2.) Talent show
3.) Builder show (home improvemnt, cars)
4.) Game show
5.) Network drama.
6.) "News" show (quotes intentional!)

HBO & MTV all at the same time. I was 10 feet off the ground.....then came the 90's.........
