Catholic Chief Slams Madge

Poor old Madonna just can't seem to stop making enemies.

First Sir Elton John calls her a "cheat", and now America's top Catholic has weighed in dubbing her a "witch". Oh, and husband Guy Richie is a "slug" too...


Madge and Brit film director Guy infuriated Catholic leaders by dressing up as a nun and the Pope at a fancy dress bash.

Even more bizarrely, they donned the outfits to celebrate the Jewish holiday of Purim at the Kabbalah party in London.

1. Witch-bashing by Catholics is hate speech
Madonna is not a witch. She is the "Material Girl" or hedonist, neither of which define one as a witch.

2. 'Tis the witching-hour: JP2 is heading up to the pearly gates for
his appointment with St Peter & Co. Plus the Easter Season is typical bash-women time: "Abortion is a Nazi evil" etcetc.
