:9 This one is one where the smiley is licking it's chops. It can be used when you are talking about good food, or to say that you're the type of guy that says "the pudding is delicious".

:* This one is a smooching face. It can be used when you want to kiss someone, or kiss another DUer in response to a message because you can't do it in person because you're over the Internet.

:rant: This one is called "the rant", which you can use to indicate that you are complaining about something for a long time, or are repeating something you hear on Mike Malloy.

:sarcasm: This one is for when you say something sarcastic, though I think I'll continue to use _{NOTE: This post is sarcastic.}

:woohoo: This one is about the same as the bouncy one, but it's new instead of old.

:applause: Instead of saying "right on" you can applaud. You can add this one to a thread if you like it and fifty other people have put it on the thread too.

:hide: This one tells people that you know they're gonna disagree with you so they can't accuse you of being a FReeper. You can tell because a FReeper wouldn't use this one, but a DUer would.

:popcorn: Let a man come in and do the popcorn.

:rofl: This one sucks and shouldn't be used until they come up with a better one. It's ugly because the legs are too long. So it doesn't need an explanation because you won't use it.

:spray: This one means "let us romp and spray each other", which is something I read in a Babar book.
