You may disagree if you like.

Here it is:

Gunmoll (The greatest punk band in the world), then

Sex Pistols, then

The Ramones, then

The Clash, then

Rancid, then

Green Day, then

The Offspring, then

Blink 182, then

Good Charlotte, then at the bottom is

Simple Plan

The bottom three wouldn't even qualify as "punk". They're "PINO", or Punk In Name Only.

They're a kick-ass band from Florida. You can find some audio clips at:
