*** The 4th Monthly DU Photo Contest: THE FINAL FOUR ***

I was going to wait until Saturday afternoon to post this round, but then I decided to post it now. After all, it will only allow more people to vote.

This is the final round of the photo contest. The winner of this round wins the March DU Photo Contest. That person will then host next month's contest as I have had the privilege of hosting this month's contest.

The theme is green. The polls will remain open until Sunday at 6 p.m. eastern time. The titles for each photo are BENEATH the photos, so keep that in mind when voting to prevent any butterfly ballot fiascoes.

I like the frog and the droplets. Went with the frog because you can almost hear it croaking. They're all outstanding though.

47. 'It's not easy being green'

The others are great too, but that one is definitely the winner in my eyes. The colours, reflections, lighting; it all comes together so perfectly!

#1 is fab! it was so hard to choose between it and #2. I love that not all of the dragonfly is showing, and the detail with the legs and the shadow is just superb. Way to go #1! :party:

#3 is cool, I love the concept. the only way it could be better is if it was a bit clearer and not as blurry, but I understand that it's an ultra-closeup and getting crystal clarity that close is difficult.

#4 is only winning because it's playing to the LOTR crowd! :-p just kidding. I love the pic, it just seems like something that belongs on an Encyclopedia website or something. Not that that's a bad thing, but maybe a more creative angle or different lighting would have helped. Still very cool.

Anyway, that's my 2¢ :hi:
