First of all get clear on what you CAN DO to clean it up.

Make a list.

If there's something you CAN DO, then do it. Even if you don't do it right away, resolve yourself that you WILL do it..write it down and get it done.

Remind yourself that all you can get done is what you can get done today.

If you can't clean it up...what good works can you do in place of that which you cannot clean up.

Don't take this as a list of things to do..but as a way to be.
