Something is wrong in internet-land and I cannot access my own goddam blog, which means I can't post to it, which means it will go content-free today. Our tech admin insists the problem isn't a truthout problem, and the people I've asked to check it agree. Looks like Comcast is hosing me again.

That and nine other things have made this Crap Thursday before noon has even arrived. Anyone else having a shitty day at work?

I'm counting it down--only 68 more days until my term on the Board of Review begins--then I'm back doing the work I love on hospitals, and I am freed from this abusive crazy SOB I work for!!!!

10. a lot goes on behind the scenes on the internet

i have been trying to run ads for pinkobuttons. after being censored and ripped off by google, i decided to try overture, which runs ads on the yahoo system, and some of the big news sites.
they are almost as bad as google, but at least they are out in the open with it. they canned a bunch of my keywords, saying that i didn't have enough relevant content to use them. i know they are doing this with simple search functions, but it is crazy. even though they accepted- bush murdered, bush thief, and bush crime family, they bumped anti-bush??
argh.
