computer program question?

can I send a program as an attachment to a coworker and then down load it to C-drive for desk top?

1. Maybe. Suggest you Zip it first. It may be too big to go through

your email service provider or their service provider. If it's an exe program, a lot of the mail programs automatically eliminate it.

7. Do a search for Winzip. It's a zip program that works pretty good.

Usually makes files smaller, but exe files don't shrink much.

5. Probably shouldn't be much of a problem.

If you both are on the LAN then you probably have at least a T-1 and your own mail server. Give it a shot. If you're not familiar with what's involved in zipping a file you might want to forget about it.
