[Beware the Beast Man]

For those of you who are not familiar with the Tube Bar tapes, it's a bunch of calls two guys made in the 70's to a joint called the Tube Bar. They'd ask for ridiculous names like "Hal Jalaikakik" and "Stan Dupp." The bar owner, a gravelly-voiced guy named Red, would shout out the names, until he eventually caught on and verbally tore the callers a new one. These calls were the inspiration for Bart's crank calls to Moe on the Simpsons, as well as others.

Then there was my Irish cousin who was always getting caught smoking in high school: Nick O'Teen.

I had another cousin who married a Hindu guy but had to divorce him because he kept gambling all their money away at the racetrack: Sumba D. Betondibey.

Last, but not worst (you hope) was a Greek / Romaninan girl I went to school with, who won every spelling contest she entered: Elemenope Cuaresti.
