Easter plans:

1. Take Friday and Monday off from work.

2. Go to Memphis with wife to visit son and his wife.

3. Eat ribs at Neely's, of which I have heard good things.

4. Eat at Tejas de Brazil, or some such, one of those South American
steak joints where yo can have all you want of the meat.

5. Return home Sunday night.

6. Sleep late Monday morning.

7. Resume work and (moan) diet on Tuesday.

4. So I've heard,

my son says you can eat there for $30, if you don't drink. I'll just wait till I get home and have iced tea in the meantime.

I would love to be going to Memphis right now. I NEED some Memphis food. Although I went to Rendezvous for ribs, I haven't heard of Neely's, but I will check it out next time.

5. I found it on the net.

Another good place I've found ribs is the Rum Boogie on Beale Street. I like the dry. Memphis sauce is too sweet for me.

Best ribs in the world are at Archibald's in Northport, AL.
