I'm in Santa Monica and it's raining and 60 ... with rain on and off expected through the rest of the frigging week! WHEN WILL THIS RAIN EVER END?

It was gorgeous yesterday (like what you're describing) but today ... "here comes the rain again."

And the worst thing is, the freeways were just beginning to clear up with the opening of PCH, Topanga, et al. but now with this rain, roads will probably be a mess again, extending my commute by around half an hour (if not longer).

Never felt strongly against rain before but after this winter, I'm ready to move to Phoenix (or some other desert locale)!
