Have you ever "Streaked"?

You know..the craze of the mid 70's when one strips down to nothing and runs through a public place.

I once convinced my brother and sister to have a streak race with me around the block early one Sunday morning as the sun came up.

Well, my parents were away and we had a nannery and gawd told us personally to test her faith.

4. 1974 I ran through a quad in an apartment complex on a hot summer night.

By the pool and BBQ area with 3 of my drunken/stoner friends.
If I did that now and got caught, I'd have to register as a sex-offender.

5. In '75, three of us ran nekkid down

the midway of our high school's fair.

Discovered we all had a "passing gear" not normally used in running when we ran almost head on into a cop who decided to give chase.

We did get away with it, however. Cops in a persistive doughnut state can't run all that fast.

7. Once I learned

that three of my buddies planned to streak our favorite bar....they figured they would run in one door and out the back, emergency door beyond the dance floor (which was always crowded with clutch'n shufflers on Saturday night. When I saw their car pull up in the parking lot, I calmly went to the back room and jammed a broom in the door handle so it couldn't open and then walked back to my seat at the bar.....

right on cue, they ran in the front door screaming and dressed in nothing but their tenny-runners...then they hit the back door...then hit it again...finally realized they were trapped and stood there in horror as the dance floor crowd gathered around them, laughing and pointing...

ya know...that beer I had that night was probably the best tasting one I ever had....... :evilgrin:

8. At a holiday X-mas party

I had a Santa hat covering up my "self."

I ran to the middle of the room and threw the hat away while screaming "Ho! Ho! Ho!"

In front of about 150 people. Quite fun!

9. At my college, it was a tradition

for the seniors. Even though I was initially nervous, I found it rather liberating. It was a wonderful experience that everyone should have the oppurtunity to do without fear of being harmed or arrested.
