What the heck does this mean?

I sell stuff on ebay, mostly vintage musical instrument literature at the moment. I received this yesterday. I have no clue what he's talking about. There was some stuff in the email about second chance offers, so I figure he must have bid on one of my auctions. But I am very hesitant to answer him. I think he must be French but I can't say for sure.

The weird thing is that I got this immediately after I sent an email to another French customer asking jokingly if they were accepting American refugees yet.

Can someone translate this?

5. Sounds like he thinks you were in on his being outlurked. Does ebay have

a messageboard or help section where you can have them look at the message? (No he isn't threatening you, but he sure has a threatening sorta tone.)

6. I wonder if someone sniped an auction he was bidding on and...

...he's saying that he asked for you to sell him the item as a second chance offer but you didn't respond. People get pissed when auctions are sniped out from under them, and he probably thinks you should make it up to him, even though you obviously have no control over snipers and sniping is not illegal.
